Medium Bromeliad Aechmea Pink
Commonly known as the Amazonian Zebra Plant, Silver Vase or the Urn Plant, this popular epiphytic plant is native to the rainforests of Brazil. With their big, silver-striped, deep green leaves that have protective spikes, the Bromeliad Aechmea will bring a wild, tropical vibe into your space!
Being that it's from a tropical environment, it thrives in moderate humidity, warm temperatures, a quarter to half-full urn, drier soil, medium to indirect bright light and will grow up to 18 inches indoors. This makes them great as a centerpiece plant in a bright spot in your space! Over time this plant will lose its central flower, but don’t be alarmed, this is just a natural occurrence in the plant's life cycle and it will grow pups that you can propagate to start a new Aechmea Bromeliad!
