Native to the central Asian tropics, The Ficus 'Moonshine' is a beautifully variegated houseplant! The large, rubber-tree-esque leaves are lime green with dark green freckles. This plant is a truly unique plant and will brighten up any space in which you put it. This is a fast growing plant – especially during the summer months! The 'Moonshine' is a rare find, and is one of the most sought after Ficus varieties.
Ficus Moonshine requires plenty of bright, indirect light. Without enough light, the growth will become leggy and the variegation will lose its vibrance. It should be placed in a well-draining potting mix and be watered when the soil has dried out enough to recede from the planter's edges.
