Pricing depends on the plant, the pot, and the delivery type - express houseplant delivery is priced differently than a scheduled white-glove delivery for a 9-foot tree. Check the product page for exact pricing, or call us and we'll walk you through it.

Express houseplant delivery = Pothos, Monstera, Snake Plants, and similar = typically arrives in 2 to 4 business days. Large statement trees go out on a scheduled white-glove arrival, since we coordinate a specific time that works for your space.

You can book a video call and shop our greenhouse in real time with one of our plant experts. It's especially useful when you're choosing a statement piece sight-unseen. 

Every plant is guaranteed healthy for 30 days. If it arrives with real damage or pests, or declines fast through no fault of your own, send us photos within 7 days for delivery damage (30 days for pests or decline), and we'll replace it or refund you. All it takes is a quick email or call.
