Product Details
Commonly known as the Elephant's Toothpick, or the African Spear Plant, this slow growing, air-purifying plant is native from Southern Africa to Asia. With its cylindrical, dark green stalk-like leaves, this plant can be easily molded into the shape of your liking and is sure to stand out amongst other plants!
Being that it's from a tropical environment, it thrives in low humidity, drier soil, warm temperatures, indirect to direct bright light and will grow up to 2 - 3 ft. tall indoors. This makes them great as desktop plants in a very bright area of your home! Over time there may be new shoots that come up and seem to ruin the aesthetic of the braided plant, but don’t be alarmed, this is just a natural occurrence in the plant's life cycle, and you could even remove them (by separating the roots) to propagate yourself another one!

Our own greenhouse, that's as fresh as it gets.
Book A CallThat local plant shop you've got bookmarked probably bought their plants from us. Order here and you skip the middleman, buying straight from the greenhouse where our team has looked after your plant since it arrived. Exclusive HUGE size that only we carry
Shop Our Tallest PlantsMost shops stop around 5 or 6 feet and call that extra large. We grow and deliver trees and palms up to 10 feet. So when you say you want to make a statement, you get a real one, not someone else's idea of "big."
